<p>Employment Type:</p> <p>Part time</p> <p>Shift:</p> <p>Day Shift</p> <p>Description:</p> <p>REGISTERED NURSE (RN)</p> <p>Shift: Every other weekend, Sat Sun 8 am to 430</p> <p>Status: PRN</p> <p>Location: Sharon Hill, PA</p> <p>Position Purpose:</p> <p>The Registered Nurse (RN) is tasked with overseeing and managing service delivery to participants, offering skilled nursing care, prescribing treatments, and devising suitable care plans in accordance with professional nursing standards and primary care orders.</p> <p>Position Details:</p> <p>This position will work every other weekend and some holidays. Weekend hours are Sat and Sun 8 am to 430 pm.</p> <p>Additional PRN shift may be available during the week if desired.</p> <p>What you will do:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatments.</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitate integration of new participants.</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate and counsel participants and families.</p> </li><li> <p>Complete participant nutritional assessments and reassessments as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Participate as a member of the interdisciplinary team.</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitate integration of new participants into the PACE program.</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate, counsels and guides participants and families regarding service needs.</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Graduate of an accredited Nursing Degree program.</p> </li><li> <p>Current, unencumbered RN license in Pennsylvania.</p> </li><li> <p>BSN preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Active CPR Certification required.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum two years of experience with geriatric population.</p> </li><li> <p>Valid driver's license, insurance and use of personal vehicle.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in Microsoft Office.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to perform standard clinical procedures and demonstrate solid problem-solving skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Superior written and verbal communication skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to change and be flexible with work priorities.</p> </li></ul> <p>Position Highlights and Benefits:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Access to daily pay and employee referral incentives.</p> </li><li> <p>Supportive environment with a patient-centered focus.</p> </li><li> <p>Opportunities for professional development.</p> </li></ul> <p>Ministry/Facility Information</p> <p>Mercy LIFE Sharon Hill, part of Trinity Health PACE, provides high-quality care to seniors in the communities we serve.
