Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Foster a culture of strategic thinking, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. </li><li>Set the goal and develop a comprehensive strategy for the Business Effectiveness team. Act as a "big thinker" to identify cross-KIC capabilities that enable more effective and impactful operations, driving transformational change and identifying new "big bets". </li><li>Build strong, influential relationships with internal and cross-functional executive stakeholders. Expertly navigate in a changing environment to drive alignment on strategic priorities with executive audiences across gUP, Product Areas (PAs), and horizontal teams. </li><li>Translate ambitious, high-level goals into actionable, data-driven operational plans. </li><li>Oversee the execution of cross-cutting initiatives to deliver real, measurable business impact across a large organization, breaking down silos and standardizing where possible. </li></ul>
