Additionally, we take pride in offering cutting-edge AI-powered condition-based monitoring, customized controls, seamless systems integration, and advanced automation solutions.</p> <p>What We Are Looking For:</p> <p>We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in our Evansville, Indiana or Carmel, Indiana location!</p> <p>What You Will Do:</p> <p>The Customer Support Specialist position will serve a critical role in correctly processing of Purchase Orders (customer orders, jobs, projects, and SROs) and documentation for proper processing of orders through to shipment end user.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Receive, process, and accept incoming POs in the system. Download POs as needed from</p> <p>customer portals.</p> <p>Manage the new customer setup process by collecting the appropriate information.</p> <p>Maintain terms established in MSAs and SPAs.</p> <p>Verify that orders meet all required criteria (price, lead time, validity, payment terms, customer</p> <p>information, etc.).</p> <p>Track jobs for invoicing and milestone payments.</p> <p>Provide timely and up to date information to customers and internal team members.</p> <p>Handle incoming and outgoing sales-related correspondence and emails.</p> <p>Identify and resolve problems efficiently and escalate when needed.</p> <p>Maintain necessary order-related documentation, while ensuring compliance with applicable policies and agreements.</p> <p>Collaborate with internal departments to address customer needs and inquiries effectively.</p> <p>Submit and track warranty and concessions.</p> <p>Identify process improvement opportunities and assist in their implementation if approved.</p> <p>What You Need:</p> <p>At least 3-5 years of relevant experience</p> <p>Strong communication and organizational skills</p> <p>Ability to adapt to changes within the organization</p> <p>High attention to detail</p> <p>Provide excellent customer service</p> <p>Experience in sales-related processes</p> <p>Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office</p> <p>Ability to exercise initiative, judgment, and decision making related to routine duties.</p>
