For more information, please visit www.accelentertainment.com.</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>ABOUT POSITION:</p> <p>The primary responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, setting redemption loads for video gaming terminals ("VGTs") and redemption terminals ("RTs"), replenishing cassettes, installing, maintaining, and servicing amusement and video gaming equipment owned/operated by the Company and located in contracted establishments, enforcing established rules and procedures intended to protect employees and customers, as well as assisting in other areas as needed.</p> <p>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Delivering and collecting cassettes to and from customer locations per the assigned route schedule, through the use of a company provided vehicle </li><li>Maintain exceptional Customer Service with location staff and patrons </li><li>Required to drive company vehicles, including but not limited to, various sized cargo vans and SUV's through out the entirety of scheduled shift </li><li>Completing necessary paperwork to properly document access to VGTs and RTs as well as the movement of company property to and from customer locations </li><li>Adhering to established Standard Operating Procedures </li><li>Remaining alert and prepared at all times, following established safety and security protocols, and watching for the accidental mishandling of packages that might result in a loss </li><li>Maintaining continuous communication with security personnel while on route </li><li>Returning all valuables handled throughout the daily scheduled route </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Must have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills </li><li>Minimum of 21 years of age </li><li>A valid driver's license and maintenance of a satisfactory driving record </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Outlook </li><li>Proficient with smartphone technology </li><li>Legible Writing Skills </li><li>Effective and accurate communication </li><li>Excellent ethics and integrity </li><li>Excellent customer service </li><li>High attention to detail </li><li>Ability to work independently </li><li>Ability to adapt and understand working components of machines and provide Level 1 service while on site </li><li>Professional demeanor </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:</p> <ul> <li>Sit for prolonged periods. </li><li>Calculate figures and amounts. </li><li>Frequently required to stand </li><li>Frequently required to walk </li><li>Frequently required to sit </li><li>Frequently required to utilize hand and finger dexterity </li><li>Frequently required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl </li><li>Continually required to talk or hear </li><li>Occasionally lifting 50-60lbs of materials above the shoulders </li><li>Frequently required to lift and push cargo materials ranging between 25-65 pounds </li><li>Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral, depth, and ability to adjust or focus especially when operating company vehicles </li><li>Utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and/or use a keyboard </li><li>Exposure to wet and/or humid conditions </li><li>Exposure to moving mechanical parts </li><li>Exposure to outside weather conditions </li><li>The noise level in the work environment usually is moderate </li></ul> <p>Base Pay Range:</p> <p>19.00 per hour</p> <p>This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position.
