<p>Overview</p> <p>What Are We Looking For?</p> <p>We are looking for individuals who are mechanically inclined, dependable, and ready to learn the HVAC trade. Our training will introduce you to the HVAC field and provide you with hands-on experience both in our training lab and in the field with skilled technicians to complete your training.</p> <p>Our HVAC Install Helper training will teach candidates how to:</p> <ul> <li>Install HVAC related equipment according to manufacturer's specifications </li><li>Learn basic electricity as it pertains to HVAC units </li><li>Install copper refrigerant lines to air conditioning units, including soldering and brazing </li><li>Install sheet metal and flex duct systems in homes </li><li>Properly connect gas lines to heating equipment </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Strong decision-making abilities </li><li>Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction </li><li>Meet all attendance and dependability requirements </li><li>Team player </li><li>Company policy states that all candidates must be 21 or older and have a valid driver's license </li></ul> <p>Training:</p> <ul> <li>F.H.
