<p>Kennedys, a global law firm with offices throughout the US, seeks a full-time Paralegal with cyber law experience to join our Philadelphia office and support multi-state case work. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Paralegal to join a growing, global law firm.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Analyze large-scale data mining work products, including complex datasets containing up to hundreds of thousands of records in Excel </li><li>Prepare and file required notifications with OCR and State Attorneys General offices </li><li>File responses to requests in regulatory investigations </li><li>Coordinate mailings, credit monitoring, and datamining vendors </li><li>Arrange bids for carrier approval </li><li>Assist with document review and analysis </li><li>Monitor case progress and follow up on outstanding items </li><li>Organize and maintain electronic case files </li><li>Utilize online resources such as Westlaw, Lexis, PACER, and court websites to perform research and locate documents </li></ul> <p>Required Experience</p> <ul> <li>A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience </li><li>Prior experience in Cyber-law required </li><li>Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite including advanced skills in Excel </li><li>Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail </li><li>Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills </li><li>Thorough working knowledge of Federal and multi-state court systems </li><li>Experience drafting and entering time entries </li><li>Experience utilizing online legal research services </li><li>Paralegal Certificate from an ABA accredited program preferred </li></ul> <p>FLSA Status: Non-exempt</p> <p>Please let us know if you require any additional support or adjustments to be made in order to submit your application to Kennedys.</p> <p>About Kennedys</p> <p>Kennedys is a global law firm with expertise in dispute resolution and advisory services.
