<p>Job Description</p> <p>General Summary:</p> <p>The Marketing Manager participates in the day-to-day execution of the marketing strategy by developing marketing tactics, measuring those tactics for success and ensuring they are delivered to customers effectively. This role will also participate in the development of the annual brand plan for the respective brand or functional area to achieve business objectives.</p> <p>Key Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <p>Develops/updates existing marketing materials for customers that are aligned with marketing strategy and business objectives (including branded websites, interactive visual aids, sales brochures, etc.)Supports customer engagement of assigned marketing team by ensuring marketing pieces have been uploaded to the CRM platform, administrating speaker programs, and coordinating conference activities (including promotional booth and conference materials)Analyzes digital and print material usage metrics for performance reporting and assessing needs for future updates across brandsManages agency partners to ensure budget alignment and timely deliverablesPartners with other colleagues to work with ad agencies to develop tactics in support of annual brand planningEngages in the development of key marketing insightsCultivates strong partnerships with cross-functional teams and communications review committees to support business goals</p> <p>Knowledge and Skills:</p> <p>Ability to understand the target market at a high levelAbility to understand key elements of brand strategy and incumbent's role in executing that strategyExperience with annual brand planningAbility to understand insights and the implications, and apply those insights to tactics/business problems/opportunitiesProficient in MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel and WordExhibits ownership and broad accountability for assigned projects and internal assignments; understands when it is appropriate to flag issues to managementExperience in pharmaceutical marketing or closely related field(s) (e.g., pharmaceutical sales, ad agency, etc.)</p> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <p>Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, scientific area, or related fieldTypically requires 4 years of experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience</p> <p>Pay Range:</p> <p>$120,000 - $180,000</p> <p>Disclosure Statement:</p> <p>The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements.
