Additional benefits are listed at the end of this posting.</p> <p>Principal Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Interface with procurement to ensure project materials have been ordered and establish lead time for the materials. </li><li>Track long lead items and their effect on project schedule. </li><li>Identify long lead items during design. </li><li>Create PO requests for material and services as needed. </li><li>Create receipts for received materials or services completed. </li><li>Maintain and file project documents related to PM scope of work. </li><li>Works with project team to identify, mitigate, or eliminate project safety risk. </li><li>Keep project schedules and database entries up to date. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>1-3 years related PM experience. </li><li>Associate degree in related field or Project Management Certificate in lieu of experience. </li><li>Completed training in basic construction safety (OSHA 10 or equivalent in-house training). </li><li>Understands project lifecycle, phases, and roles/responsibilities within each phase. </li><li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints. </li><li>Ability to learn and utilize customer specific construction management and planning software. </li><li>Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects. </li><li>Ability to use MS Project utilizing and modifying MS Project templates, while retaining schedule logic. </li></ul> <p>Physical Effort/Activities:</p> <p>May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, ability to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50 pounds.
