<p>Creola, AL | OTHER</p> <p>G.A. West & Co. is seeking an OSHA Instructor in Creola, Alabama. This position can be part-time or full-time at our Radcliff Office location. More details below:</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Instruct OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 courses </li><li>Plan, prepare, and execute training strategies by facilitating classes, providing technical assistance, and/or individual coaching </li><li>Convey OSHA standards and know "training audience" to ensure the course meets the company needs </li><li>Responsible for course preparation and delivery </li><li>Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and performance </li><li>Teach all courses, as assigned, for the full duration of scheduled instruction </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Strong knowledge and experience in health and safety practices, including OSHA regulations </li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills </li><li>Ability to effectively engage and interact with participants during training sessions </li><li>Strong organizational skills to develop and maintain curriculum materials </li><li>Flexibility to adapt to different learning styles and adjust training methods as needed </li><li>Must be OSHA 500 certified </li><li>Being bilingual is a plus but not required </li></ul> <p>G.A.
