<p>Job Description:</p> <p>Your Role on Our Team</p> <p>Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical failures and perform preventive maintenance while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.</p> <p>You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic systems using schematics and technical drawings. </li><li>Repair Injection molding machines, robots, fixtures, and other auxiliary equipment related to the injection molding process. </li><li>Modify, lubricate, diagnose, and operate equipment. </li><li>Identify and requisition needed replacement parts and supplies. </li><li>Work with other mechanics, production personnel, engineers and outside vendors and/or consultants as necessary. </li><li>Perform regularly scheduled preventative maintenance. </li><li>Complete repairs timely and safely. </li><li>Report repairs at end of shift. </li><li>Complete required paperwork, documenting parts and material usage. </li><li>Understand and follow plant safety practices and safe machine operation. </li></ul> <p>The TOOLS you'll bring with you:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED </li><li>8 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting and repair. </li><li>Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision. </li><li>Ability to read and understand hydraulic & electrical schematics. </li><li>Ability to troubleshoot automation PLC controls. </li><li>Ability to operate lathes, milling machines, welders, and other shop equipment. </li><li>General knowledge of safe working practices including Lock-Out/Tag Out. </li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written. </li><li>Ability to interpret complex situations and execute actions and plans. </li><li>Excellent project management skills - ability to manage timelines and meet deadlines. </li><li>Must be able to work in a cross functional organization. </li></ul> <p>Milwaukee Tool is an equal opportunity employer.</p>
