As a Payroll Administrator, you play a vital role in delivering that promise by ensuring every team member is paid accurately, on time, and with the care they deserve.</p> <p>The Payroll Administrator performs a variety of tasks associated with processing multi-state payroll. This role is responsible for ensuring pay accuracy, timeliness, and full compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. You'll serve as a critical link between HR, Finance, and Operations, maintaining data integrity and supporting a seamless payroll process across the entire organization.</p> <p>The ideal candidate is more than a payroll processor-they are a trusted steward of employee data, a collaborative partner to HR and Finance, and a champion of operational excellence. Your work directly supports the frontline teams who keep our parking operations running smoothly nationwide.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Analyze, prepare and input payroll data and employee updates including new hires, changes, employee Set-up, direct deposit, wage garnishments, etc. </li><li>Assist with preparing and processing semi-monthly payroll. </li><li>Sort and distribute paychecks when required. </li><li>Research and resolve problems regarding incorrect pay checks and other employee questions/problems. </li><li>Research and process manual checks in order to resolve payroll errors and discrepancies. </li><li>Serve as front line of support to assist operating management with payroll input problems and issues. </li><li>Provide system training when necessary </li><li>Execute customer service operations by addressing employee inquiries, communicating company policies and information, and addressing payroll-related concerns </li><li>Leverage sound decision-making skills while orchestrating day-to-day payroll operations, including filing documentation and responding to internal requests for information </li><li>Maintain and file all payroll related records; maintain confidentiality of records. </li><li>Communicate professionally at all times with teammates. </li><li>All other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Skills, Knowledge and Expertise</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED. </li><li>1-3 years of experience in payroll administration or similar role </li><li>Strong understanding of payroll practices, taxes, and wage laws </li><li>Experience working in payroll/HRIS systems like UKG, ADP, Paycom or similar. </li><li>Proficient on Microsoft Office applications, specially Excel. </li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills </li><li>High attention to detail </li><li>Ability to balance deadlines and accuracy in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Ability to work under pressure </li><li>High integrity and handle HR & payroll information with high degree of confidentiality. </li><li>Team Player </li><li>Ability to work independently to fulfill all job duties in a collaborative virtual environment. </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <p>Join our team and enjoy an outstanding benefits package, including:</p> <p>(Full Time Only)</p> <ul> <li>Generous Paid Time Off: Enjoy 10 days of paid time off, plus 8 paid holidays, so you can rest and recharge. </li><li>Comprehensive Health Plans: Access top-notch Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage for you and your family. </li><li>Life and Disability Insurance: Company paid basic life and Short-Term Disability to secure your future with essential protection for you and additional options for your loved ones. </li><li>401(k) Plan: Benefit from a generous employer match with immediate vesting to help you save for retirement. </li><li>Employee Assistance Program: Access behavioral Health Care to assist with personal needs for you and your family members. </li><li>Parental and Caregiver Leave: Enjoy time off to support your growing family or care for loved ones. </li></ul>
