If so, we're looking for you.</p> <p>This position will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of all tasks related to the transferring of ownerships within our network of resorts. These tasks include the processing of documents related to Estoppels, Assignment of Contracts and Quit Claim Deeds as well as maintaining our systems up to date with the most recent ownerships.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES:</p> <ul> <li>Conduct title record searches in various counties to verify and update owner records </li><li>Complete the estoppel process, create Assignment of Contracts and Quit Claim Deed packages, and process supplementary documents for all sites within our network to assist owners in the transfer process. </li><li>Maintain, track, and respond to requests received in the shared team inbox. Responsible for ensuring that inquiries and requests are completed in a timely manner to meet the company's service standards. Communicate effectively with owners detailing account issues and deliver favorable results. </li><li>Assist with the resolution of escalated cases involving Owner Transfer related topics. This includes escalations received via email, phone, fax, or mail. This may include correcting any issues and communicate with owners, outside departments including title companies, direct team, team supervisor and managers. </li><li>Create owner resale contracts and/or update existing contracts in all systems accurately. Create new packages for Assignment of Contract. Complete Estoppel Process. </li><li>Perform any other duties as may be assigned by Supervisors, Managers or Senior Manager periodically. Always maintain a positive attitude. Adhere to and promote company policies established by the company. </li></ul> <p>This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee in this position. The incumbent is expected to perform other duties necessary for the effective operation of the department.</p> <p>EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:</p> <ul> <li>1+ years of Title experience including but not limited to recording and title search. </li><li>1+ years of experience with contracts and documents related to real estate documents. </li><li>1+ years of timeshare experience. </li></ul> <p>REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of various types of recorded documents and legal descriptions and their effect on ownership and transfer of property. </li><li>Knowledge in practices and terminology related to real property documents requiring property transfer actions. </li><li>Knowledge of various County requirements for recording to provide the owner an excellent and accurate Customer Service experience. </li><li>Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Must be detail and results oriented. </li><li>Must be able to work independently. </li></ul> <p>WORK SCHEDULE:</p> <p>Schedules will vary depending on business needs, and may entail working nights, weekends and holidays. Must be flexible to work outside of departmental operating hours.</p>
