<p>Pay Grade/Pay Range: Minimum: $48,600 - Midpoint: $60,800 (Salaried E7)</p> <p>Department/Organization: 206901 - MBA Program</p> <p>Normal Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm</p> <p>Job Summary: The Manderson Academic Records Coordinator oversees the management, security, and integrity of student records and academic program data for the Manderson Graduate School of Business. Maintains accurate records for current and former students, ensuring compliance with institutional policies and external regulations. Collects, analyzes, and reports student data to support academic planning, accreditation, and institutional decision-making. Facilitates course scheduling, degree audits, and graduation clearance processes while serving as a liaison between Manderson and the Graduate School. Facilitates academic advising for dual-degree students and those deciding between programs, providing guidance on degree requirements and program selection. Supports faculty and students by ensuring clarity on academic policies and procedures.</p> <p>Additional Department Summary: Works after-hours on an occasional basis to accommodate advising sessions or special events as needed.</p> <p>Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of academic advising or student academic record experience; OR master's degree and some academic advising or student academic record experience.</p> <p>Skills and Knowledge: Strong ability to communicate policies, procedures, and complex information clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, to a multifaceted audience of students, faculty, and staff. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in handling student records, academic policies, and data management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and utilize data to identify trends. Initiative in improving processes and implementing innovative solutions to enhance academic services and student support. Proficiency in student information systems.</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree and four (4) years of student records, data management, and registrar function experience in higher education. Course registration processes and student academic records management experience. Thorough understanding of graduate academic programs, degree requirements, and university policies. Strong proficiency in student information systems (Banner, DegreeWorks, Slate, CLSS, ASTRA, Argos, Qualtrics, etc.).</p> <p>Background Investigation Statement: Prior to hiring, the final candidate(s) must successfully pass a pre-employment background investigation and information obtained from social media and other internet sources.
