Strong soccer knowledge and experience:</p> <p>? Demonstrated understanding of soccer tactics, techniques, and rules.</p> <p>? Experience coaching or playing soccer at a competitive level.</p> <p>? Excellent interpersonal skills:</p> <p>? Ability to communicate effectively with players, coaches, parents, and school</p> <p>staff.</p> <p>? Ability to analyze game data and statistics and communicate findings clearly.</p> <p>? Comfortable using data to evaluate player and team performance.</p> <p>? Goalkeeping experience:</p> <p>? Specialized knowledge and experience coaching goalkeepers.</p> <p>? Ability to develop and implement goalkeeper-specific training programs.</p> <p>? Sports science background:</p> <p>? Understanding of exercise physiology, biomechanics, and sports psychology.</p> <p>? Knowledge of training principles, injury prevention, and player conditioning.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>? Assisting with practice set-up, execution, and tear down:</p> <p>? Helping to prepare the practice field with necessary equipment (cones, goals,</p> <p>etc.).</p> <p>? Actively participating in drills and training exercises as directed by the Head</p> <p>Coach.</p> <p>? Ensuring all equipment is collected and stored properly after practice.</p> <p>? Providing individual and group instruction:</p> <p>? Coaching players on specifics of the game - both technical and tactical</p> <p>? Providing accountability and offering guidance to players to improve their</p> <p>performance.</p> <p>? Working with smaller groups of players to address specific needs or positions.</p> <p>? Managing gameday sidelines/benches:</p> <p>? Supporting the Head Coach in making tactical decisions during games.</p> <p>? Communicating with players on the bench and preparing them to enter the game.</p> <p>? Maintaining order and focus on the sideline.</p> <p>? Communicating with players (and parents, if necessary):</p> <p>? Providing clear and constructive feedback to players.</p> <p>? Relaying information from the Head Coach to players.</p> <p>? Assisting with communication to parents on team-related matters (with Head</p> <p>Coach's direction).</p> <p>? Scouting opponents:</p> <p>? Observing upcoming opponents to analyze their strengths, weaknesses, and</p> <p>playing style.</p> <p>? Providing reports and insights to the Head Coach to inform game strategy.</p> <p>? Statistics: collection, cataloging, analysis, and explanation:</p> <p>? Gathering data on player and team performance during games</p> <p>? Organizing and storing statistical data in a clear and accessible format.</p> <p>? Analyzing statistics to identify trends and areas for improvement.</p>
