CCDS pays competitively and provides an excellent benefits package.</p> <p>Position Cincinnati Country Day School is seeking a full-time school nurse or nurse practitioner to help promote a healthy school environment and support the school's health and safety plans across its three divisions.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Assists with students' care, illnesses, and injuries </li><li>Educates students, families, and employees about communicable diseases and ways to prevent their spread </li><li>Institutes Ohio Department of Health guidelines for control of communicable diseases </li><li>Executes school health procedures and policies </li><li>Maintains student health data </li><li>Conducts age-appropriate, required health screenings, and notifies parents when referral for further evaluation is necessary </li><li>Dispenses prescription medication according to physicians' orders. Dispenses over-the-counter medication according to standing orders with parent permission.
