<p>The BCP Lead is a strategic leader responsible for cultivating and managing carrier and vendor partnerships to ensure the delivery of client-elected coverages. This role is a key influencer and decision-maker who is pivotal in driving innovation, solving complex challenges, and advancing Businessolver's mission and vision through scalable, value-added partnerships for clients. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with deep industry expertise, strong project leadership, and the ability to influence change across diverse stakeholders. and advancing Businessolver's mission and vision through scalable, value-added partnerships for clients.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead strategic initiatives to ensure seamless delivery of client-elected benefits coverages. </li><li>Cultivate and manage relationships with carriers and vendors to optimize service delivery and partnership value. </li><li>Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance and solutions that enhance satisfaction and retention. </li><li>Influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive innovation and continuous improvement. </li><li>Identify and resolve complex client and vendor challenges with agility and strategic foresight. </li><li>Represent Businessolver's values and vision in all client and partner interactions. </li></ul> <p>Essential Duties:</p> <p>Strategic Leadership and Growth</p> <ul> <li>Champion Businessolver's mission, vision Champion Businessolver's mission, vision, and values, fostering a collaborative team environment. </li><li>Develop and maintain trusted strategic partnerships with carriers, vendors, clients, and internal teams. </li><li>Act as a key influencer and change agent, empowered to make decisions that enhance value for partners and clients. </li><li>Stay current on industry trends and technology to inform strategic integrations and innovations. </li></ul> <p>Partner and Client Engagement and Support</p> <ul> <li>Lead recurring meetings and project sessions with partners, clients, and internal teams; own agendas, facilitate discussions, and ensure documentation. </li><li>Resolve client escalations related to partner services in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. </li><li>Align partner and client engagement strategies with organizational goals through cross-functional collaboration. </li><li>Support placement and renewal of Voluntary Benefits coverage for Agency clients. </li><li>Facilitate quarterly stewardship meetings to review plan performance and engagement. </li><li>Serve as a key point of contact for client inquiries and partner coordination. </li></ul> <p>Performance Management and Continuous Improvement</p> <ul> <li>Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality. </li><li>Provide executive-level guidance to partners on service models and integration standards. </li><li>Review partner performance using scorecards, KPIs, and ROI data; lead improvement discussions. </li><li>Analyze operational trends and provide feedback and recommendations. </li></ul> <p>Training and Expertise Development</p> <ul> <li>Serve as a subject matter expert for internal teams on partner services, pricing, and integrations. </li><li>Facilitate training sessions for sales consultants, strategic advisors, and client services. </li><li>Provide coaching and performance feedback to direct reports, fostering professional growth. </li></ul> <p>Adaptability and Ethics</p> <ul> <li>Fulfill additional duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness. </li><li>Uphold organizational policies and maintain the highest ethical standard. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Education:Bachelor's (or equivalent) degree required; Master's preferred. Focus in Business, Project Management, Technology, or related field. </li><li>Experience: 8+ years in client and partner management, enterprise integrations, or strategic relationship roles within HRIS, payroll, benefits administration, carrier systems, or brokerage. </li><li>Remote Work:Proven ability to lead initiatives in a fully remote environment. </li><li>Organizational Skills: Strong ownership of projects with demonstrated success in cross-functional leadership. </li><li>Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; adept at stakeholder engagement and meeting facilitation. </li><li>Change Management: Skilled in leading through change, managing ambiguity, and driving stakeholder engagement. </li><li>Independence: Executive presence with the ability to influence without direct authority. </li><li>Professionalism: Effective collaboration across technical, sales, and executive teams. </li><li>Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Salesforce, and familiar with XML, EDI, and data mapping tools. </li><li>Travel: Willingness to travel up to 30%. </li></ul> <p>The pay range for this position is 99K to 124K per year (pay to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data).</p> <p>This role is eligible to participate in the annual bonus incentive plan.</p>
