Our talented staff of more than 450+ professionals deliver integrated planning, design, engineering and construction solutions to our clients from our offices throughout Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, West Virginia and Alabama.</p> <p>Due to MSG's continued growth in our Construction Services Division, a new opening is available for an Inspector in West Virginia!</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Interact with project partners such as clients, contractors and stakeholders. </li><li>Read and interpret project plans and specifications. </li><li>Follow applicable QA/QC procedures. </li><li>Measure, calculate, and determine all quantities of assigned work and / or installed materials. </li><li>Report any deficiencies in the contractors work to the Project Engineer or Project Manager. </li><li>Prepare Daily Inspector's Reports using various software such as Word, AASHTOWare Project (AWP) and Appia. </li></ul> <p>Skills, Knowledge and Expertise</p> <ul> <li>Minimum Two years of experience in Transportation Construction Inspection and Engineering </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills </li><li>Computer skills including use of e-mail, Excel AND Word </li></ul> <p>Pay & Benefits</p> <ul> <li>401(k) w/ company match </li><li>Health insurance w/ HSA option, Vision, Dental, Life </li><li>Flexible schedule </li><li>Paid time off </li><li>Referral program </li><li>Tuition reimbursement </li><li>Catalytic Coaching - Employees draft a development plan aimed at improving contributions in their current job and increasing the potential for other opportunities.
