This role is responsible for activities related to assessment, coordination, planning, implementation, and evaluation of education and training programs for team members. The Education Specialist participates in development/mentoring of staff and will deliver evidenced-based practice and is instrumental in creating a professional climate. The Education Specialist may teach a wide variety of subjects, spanning from general practices to focused areas of specialization.
