<p>Description</p> <p>Conduct field survey activities to support timely completion of topographic, boundary, ALTA, and construction surveys for both municipal and private sector projects</p> <p>Maintain clear, accurate, and professional field notes and sketches</p> <p>Research and analyze recorded survey documents, maps, plats, and deeds</p> <p>Support CAD production for construction, ALTA, boundary, topographic surveys, and subdivision plats</p> <p>Ensure high standards of quality and precision in all deliverables</p> <p>Skills</p> <p>Land surveying, Alta, construction stakeout, Surveying, Topography, Gps, Topographic surveys, Land survey, Total station, trimble gps, survey, survey crew, alta surveys, construction</p> <p>Top Skills Details</p> <p>Land surveying,Alta,construction stakeout</p> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <p>Bachelors Degree</p> <p>Minimum of 5 years of experience in land surveying</p> <p>At least 2 years of experience as a survey field crew chief</p> <p>Experience with site development projects</p> <p>Surveyor-in-Training (SIT) certification in Illinois is a plus</p> <p>Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D is advantageous</p> <p>Strong ability to interpret construction plans and perform field staking</p> <p>Must possess a valid driver's license and meet company insurance requirements</p> <p>Capable of working independently while collaborating with a diverse project team</p> <p>Experience operating Trimble GPS/VRS and Robotic Total Stations is highly preferred</p> <p>Job Type & Location</p> <p>This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Warrenville, IL.</p> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $78000.00/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
