This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your expertise in toolmaking while enjoying steady hours, competitive pay, and great benefits.</p> <p>Pay: $26/hr</p> <p>Shift: 1st Shift | Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Verify dimensions, alignments, and clearances for precision machining </li><li>Measure, mark, and scribe dimensions on materials as machining guides </li><li>Set up and operate mills, lathes, jig borers, grinders, shapers, and other machine tools </li><li>Adjust machining factors (speed, feed, depth, angle, coolant flow) manually or via CNC controls </li><li>Monitor operations, detect malfunctions, and adjust as needed </li><li>Inspect finished workpieces to ensure specifications are met </li><li>Design and build tools, jigs, fixtures, and templates for production support </li><li>Troubleshoot and recommend design improvements for molds and fixtures </li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For:</p> <ul> <li>Trade school training plus 6+ years of toolroom experience (or equivalent) </li><li>Protrak experience required </li><li>Proficiency with advanced shop math and precision measuring tools </li><li>Ability to read blueprints, sketches, and written specifications </li><li>Knowledge of Bridgeport mills, manual lathes, surface/jig/ID/OD grinders and CNC lathes, EDM sinker machines, and other toolroom equipment </li></ul> <p>Why You'll Love This Job:</p> <p>Staffmark offers a comprehensive benefits package to support your health, financial goals, and work-life balance.
