Join MGM Resorts International as our Security Shift Manager and help us provide a safe haven for our guests and employees.</p> <p>THE DAY-TO-DAY:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manage security and support staff team members during day-to-day operations and activations.</p> </li><li> <p>Build and develop highly effective teams through interviewing and hiring, training, mentoring, coaching, performance reviews and professional development.</p> </li><li> <p>Execute department strategic goals and operational tactics to deliver excellent safety service.</p> </li><li> <p>Execute Guest Service standard policies and procedures to address guest questions and concerns. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.</p> <p>This position is eligible to participate in the Company's incentive plan.</p> <p>Employees in this position are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans.
