<p>Position Summary:</p> <p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Clerk to join our accounting team. This role is responsible for processing incoming invoices, including those from third-party truckers, and supporting various accounting functions. The ideal candidate will have experience in both accounts payable and receivable, strong data entry skills, and a keen eye for detail.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Receive, verify, and process incoming invoices daily. </li><li>Enter invoice data accurately into accounting software. </li><li>Handle invoices from third-party trucking vendors. </li><li>Assist with filing and maintaining organized financial records. </li><li>Support other accounting-related tasks as needed. </li><li>Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Prior experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. </li><li>Proficiency in data entry and accounting software. </li><li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. </li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent; additional accounting coursework or certification is a plus. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills:</p> <ul> <li></li><li>Experience with Sage. </li><li>Familiarity with logistics or trucking industry invoicing is a plus. </li></ul> <p>Pay range $18+ per hour, depending on qualifications and experience</p> <p>Equal Opportunity Employer, including disabled and veterans.</p> <p>View Company Information</p> <p>To see other positions, click here.</p>
