<p>We are seeking a Property Controller to oversee the financial, accounting, and administrative functions of our facility. This leadership role partners closely with the General Manager, Regional Controller, and Club Treasurer to ensure effective financial planning and operational excellence.</p> <p>Preferred Experience & Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.</p> </li><li> <p>7-10 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles.</p> </li><li> <p>Prior club or hospitality environment is highly preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and mentor accounting staff.</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with Jonas Club Management software is a plus.</p> </li><li> <p>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including use of pivot tables and macros.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in providing a Private Club / Country Club level customer service environment.</p> </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, and administrative functions.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead the monthly close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and maintain financial tools and reports, including:</p> </li><li> <p>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)</p> </li><li> <p>Flash reports</p> </li><li> <p>Budget variance analysis</p> </li><li> <p>Metrics Reporting</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with the General Manager and Club Treasurer on financial planning, forecasting, and analysis.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist the General Manager in preparing and monitoring the annual budget and forecasts for all departments, as well as generating various reports.</p> </li><li> <p>Support the General Manager in developing strategies for the club to perform efficiently.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor and coordinate property plans of overall future objectives including projections, costs, and capital requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor and manage cash flow, issue vendor payments, alert General Manager when cash flow problems arise.
