This role involves hands-on support across laptops, mobile devices, and operating systems, with a strong emphasis on delivering excellent user experience and service quality. Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Provide end-user support across Windows PCs, Macs, and mobile devices </li><li>Deliver high-quality, customer-first technical support </li><li>Assist Service Desk by actively taking and resolving intake calls </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams and site leadership </li><li>Contribute to operational readiness and process improvements </li><li>Participate in cross-training and knowledge sharing initiatives </li><li>Act as backup support for site lead when required </li></ul> <p>Pay Range: $25/Hr - $28/Hr</p> <p>The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
