<p>JOIN OUR TEAM AND EXPERIENCE ENDLESS CAREER POSSIBILITIES</p> <p>IF YOU ARE AN EXISTING TEAM MEMBER, PLEASE CLICK THE FOLLOWING LINK TO BE TAKEN TO THE INTERNAL CAREER SITE: MOHEGAN INTERNAL CAREER SITE</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>This position is responsible for assisting employees with the usage of the Fitness Center while providing superior customer service.</p> <p>Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Checks employees and Tribal Members into the Fitness Center </li><li>Processes Fitness Center enrollments/cancellations </li><li>Assists members with exercise equipment and enforces company policies pertaining to the proper usage of the Fitness Center </li><li>Washes, folds and hands out towels </li><li>Maintains and ensures the cleanliness of the exercise areas and locker rooms </li></ul> <p>Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Assists the Fitness Center Shift Manager with wellness and intramural sports programs </li><li>Sells beverages, movie tickets and miscellaneous event tickets to employees </li></ul> <p>Minimum Education and Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent </li><li>One year of general office experience </li><li>Previous customer service experience </li><li>Basic computer skills </li></ul> <p>Competencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:</p> <ul> <li>Good written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Ability to multi-task </li><li>Knowledge of the various types of exercise equipment </li></ul> <p>Training Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Personal Trainer Certification </li><li>CPR Certified </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands and Work Environment:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to assist employees with the proper use of exercise equipment </li><li>Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs. </li><li>Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours </li></ul> <p>This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, requirements or working conditions associated with the job.
