The individual will organize and oversee various areas of patient diabetes management, to include, but not limited to education, compliance, and follow-up coordinating care among multi-disciplinary team of healthcare providers.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <p>Bachelor's degree required</p> <p>BLS required</p> <p>Certified diabetic educator required</p> <p>Must have clinical experience in a hospital or clinic setting or can be a qualified health care professional</p> <p>Excellent communication skills required</p> <p>Conditions of Employment:</p> <p>To promote the highest levels of health and well-being, the University of Toledo campuses are tobacco-free.
