<p>Position Summary</p> <p>The Front of House (FOH) Hospitality Professional plays a vital role in delivering Chick-fil-A's trademark genuine hospitality, care, and elevated guest experience. This individual serves as the face of the restaurant, ensuring each guest feels welcomed, valued, and served with excellence.</p> <p>This role is ideal for someone highly personable, service-driven, and committed to creating positive interactions that reflect Chick-fil-A's values and hospitality standards.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Guest Service Excellence</p> <ul> <li>Greet guests with warmth, energy, and professionalism </li><li>Maintain a friendly, efficient, and guest-focused environment </li><li>Assist guests with orders, questions, needs, and special requests </li><li>Maintain a polished, positive, and guest-centered demeanor at all times </li></ul> <p>Dining Room & Drive-Thru Support</p> <ul> <li>Ensure dining room and front counter are clean, safe, and refreshing </li><li>Deliver meals and beverages with accuracy and urgency </li><li>Support drive-thru operations including order taking, payment, order assembly, and meal delivery </li><li>Uphold speed-of-service and accuracy standards </li></ul> <p>Team Collaboration</p> <ul> <li>Work closely with teammates to ensure excellent service flow </li><li>Communicate effectively during peak periods and shift transitions </li><li>Support FOH leadership with hospitality initiatives and guest satisfaction efforts </li></ul> <p>Brand Representation</p> <ul> <li>Uphold Chick-fil-A's service values of kindness, ownership, and excellence </li><li>Maintain a professional appearance and courteous attitude </li><li>Represent the brand positively with guests, families, and the community </li></ul> <p>Ideal Candidate Profile</p> <p>The ideal FOH Hospitality Professional is warm, outgoing, and guest-focused. They communicate clearly, remain calm under pressure, and naturally create positive guest experiences.</p> <p>They have strong emotional intelligence, enjoy fast-paced service, and take pride in delivering consistent hospitality. This individual is reliable, polished, and committed to upholding high standards of professionalism and teamwork.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or food service </li><li>Weekend Availability </li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills </li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment </li><li>Professional appearance and demeanor </li><li>Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented </li><li>Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience in a leadership or advanced hospitality role </li><li>Experience in high-volume food service or fast-casual operations </li><li>Bilingual Spanish (plus, not required) </li><li>Experience with drive-thru or mobile-order operations </li></ul> <p>Working at a Chick-fil-A restaurant is more than a job - it's an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
