NJ public school experience preferred.Minimum three (3) years of supervisory experience. </li><li>Related post-secondary education/ training </li><li>Educational Facilities Manager Certification (C.E.F.M.) required. </li><li>Demonstrate knowledge of fire/ safety and environmental rules and regulations. </li><li>Hold a valid Black Seal Boiler Operator's License. </li><li>Hold a valid State issued Driver's License, in good standing. </li><li>Proficient in computer software including word processing, spreadsheets, various databases, web based building monitoring and work order/ inventory tracking systems. </li><li>Possess a working knowledge of NJ State school purchasing regulations and cooperative purchasing resources. </li><li>Strong organizational skills. </li><li>Demonstrated leadership qualities, human relations skills and communication skills. </li><li>Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal alien status. </li></ul> <p>Salary: $15,000 Stipend</p> <p>Benefits: Stipend only (no additional benefits)</p> <p>Application Deadline: April 10, 2026 - complete online through Applitrack.</p> <p>AA/EOE</p>
