<p>Operations Coordinator</p> <p>Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Join our team as an Operations Coordinator, where you'll play a critical role in supporting the Advanced Teams department and ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and team readiness.</p> <p>About the Role:</p> <p>In this role, you'll be the go-to resource for coordinating logistics, maintaining inventory and fleet operations, supporting compliance and training, and driving smooth day-to-day operations. You'll work closely with department leadership and cross-functional teams to keep processes running efficiently and support field teams in delivering high-quality service.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Maintain clear, consistent communication across departments and with the management team to promote trust, transparency, and teamwork </li><li>Keep work environments clean, safe, and well-organized through daily maintenance and hazard prevention </li><li>Monitor and manage incoming requests, prioritize tasks, and provide timely, high-quality support </li><li>Coordinate logistics for Advanced Team projects, manage resources, track deadlines, and document outcomes </li><li>Support employee training, including onboarding, refresher courses, and compliance-related sessions </li><li>Manage schedules using ADP and departmental tools; handle timecard adjustments and approvals </li><li>Oversee adherence to corporate travel policies, including booking reviews and expense reconciliation </li><li>Conduct inventory audits, track supplies, and ensure timely shipments with accurate documentation </li><li>Oversee company fleet vehicles, including maintenance scheduling, condition monitoring, and compliance tracking </li><li>Provide feedback and support on department protocols, policies, and process improvements </li><li>Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing departmental goals and initiatives </li><li>Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support operational success </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines </li><li>Effective problem-solving skills and a practical, hands-on approach to challenges </li><li>Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Proven ability to manage time efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced setting </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to professionalism and teamwork </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Planner </li></ul> <p>This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a team that values operational excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
