<p>Work Flexibility: Remote</p> <p>As the Associate Medical Education Program Manager for Orthopedic Instruments, you will take the lead in defining and delivering a dynamic Medical Education program. Partnering with marketing team members and cross-functional stakeholders, you'll plan and execute engaging educational events, hands-on product and sales training, and third-party educational conferences-all within a defined budget. As the primary point of contact for our Regional Managers and Sales Force, you'll play a key role in shaping impactful learning experiences. In this role, you'll ensure all activities align with Stryker's compliance standards, the AdvaMed Code, and national and state regulations.</p> <ul> <li>This role covers the Western region of the U.S. While remote, we prefer candidates to reside within the West US Region. Travel requirement is 60%. </li></ul> <p>Orthopaedic Instruments | Stryker</p> <p>What you will do</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manage internal and external resources that supports an overarching strategic direction</p> </li><li> <p>Product and procedural expertise related to HCP education programs</p> </li><li> <p>Understanding and knowledge of key competitive landscape</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with key opinion leaders to design educational materials</p> </li><li> <p>Responsible for developing and managing customer-facing strategy, content and education programs</p> </li><li> <p>Drive team collaboration with broader Medical Education/product marketing/sales training, etc</p> </li><li> <p>Lead Medical Education program coordination, logistics and content delivery</p> </li><li> <p>Organize and deliver in-class or virtual courses</p> </li><li> <p>Identify and analyze Medical Education program metrics to identify effectiveness</p> </li><li> <p>Contribute meaningful input into the strategic direction for Medical Education</p> </li><li> <p>Develop KOL network, VOC and survey to gather customer feedback</p> </li><li> <p>Understand and provide input to training and Medical Education workstreams</p> </li><li> <p>Develop Medical Education programs while adapting to customer needs and business priorities</p> </li><li> <p>Understand the different communication channel strategies and associated impacts</p> </li></ul> <p>What you need</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree</p> </li><li> <p>6 years of work experience</p> </li><li> <p>3 years of medical device or medical education experience</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Clinical experience with a preference in medical devices</p> </li><li> <p>Nursing background</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in medical device sales</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with resident education focus or resident relationship focus</p> </li><li> <p>Education background</p> </li><li> <p>USN: $102,600 - $171,000 USD Annual</p> </li><li> <p>US10: $112,900 - $188,100 USD Annual</p> </li><li> <p>US15: $118,000 - $196,600 USD Annual</p> </li><li> <p>US20: $123,100 - $205,200 USD Annual</p> </li><li> <p>US30: $133,400 - $222,300 USD Annual</p> </li></ul> <p>View the U.S. work location and transparency guide to find the pay range for your location</p> <p>Travel Percentage: 60%</p> <p>Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
