We are currently accepting resumes/vitas for online Adjunct Instructor - Management and Leadership.</p> <p>Primary Area of Interest: Business Management & Business Leadership</p> <p>Degree: Master's</p> <p>Degree Area: Business Management and Business Leadership</p> <p>Location: Online</p> <p>Key Responsibilities/Primary Functions/Essential Duties:</p> <ul> <li>The position reports to the assistant dean or designated party. </li><li>Adjuncts spend the majority of their time interacting/engaging with students. </li><li>Teaching undergraduate students in specific areas of expertise </li><li>Grading assigned papers, quizzes, and exams. </li><li>Assessing grades for students based on participation, performance in class, assignments, and examinations. </li><li>Proactively identifying, addressing, and reporting student learning issues. </li><li>Collaborating with colleagues to facilitate student success. </li><li>Advising students on how to be successful and achieve goals. </li><li>Staying updated on innovations and changes within their course field. </li><li>Engaging in professional development opportunities. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills: ??</p> <ul> <li>Experience in business management and leadership including supervising and leading teams. </li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills when responding to student and supervisor inquiries. </li><li>Ability to respond to needs of learners from a variety of educational backgrounds in a multicultural environment. </li><li>Ability to deliver course outcomes and content through a variety of teaching/learning styles. </li><li>Ability to use technology effectively in teaching. </li><li>Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. </li><li>Ability to establish and maintain effective interpersonal relationships with students and colleagues. </li><li>Prior teaching experience. </li></ul> <p>Pay:</p> <ul> <li>Adjunct Faculty are paid a fixed rate salary based on course assignment.
