Conduct regular inventory counts and report any discrepancies to the store manager. </li><li>Technical Support: Assist customers in troubleshooting and finding solutions to technical issues related to HVAC/R equipment and components. </li><li>Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized counter area. Ensure a safe working environment for both customers and colleagues. </li><li>Documentation: Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation for customer transactions, including invoices, returns, and warranty claims. </li><li>This role may require occasional travel to various locations for training sessions, professional development opportunities, meetings, or other work-related activities.
