Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge and understanding to ensure team compliance with NCAA, Big South Conference, and institutional rules and regulations. Organize and develop a competitive playing schedule that minimizes missed class time and includes conference and non-conference opponents. Develop team travel itineraries and requests for transportation, meals, and lodging. Also, submit annual budget requests for equipment, supplies, officials, etc.</p> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <p>An accomplished coaching background in men's soccer; a thorough knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations; excellent communication skills; strong organizational and leadership skills, and a proven ability to instruct, develop and recruit student-athletes is required.
