Our team at West Lebanon CTC is dedicated to delivering compassionate, high-quality care to individuals on the road to recovery from Opioid Use Disorder (OUD).</p> <p>Your Role as Dispensing Nurse:</p> <p>As a Dispensing Nurse (LPN/RN), you will play a key role in the treatment and recovery journey of our patients. You'll be responsible for safely and accurately dispensing prescribed medications and maintaining clinical documentation. This is a critical position that requires attention to detail, empathy, and a desire to support patients in a structured, recovery-focused environment.</p> <p>Our Benefits:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Semi-Annual Bonus Program</p> </li><li> <p>Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance</p> </li><li> <p>Competitive 401(k) Retirement Plan</p> </li><li> <p>Paid Vacation, Sick Leave, and Holidays</p> </li><li> <p>STAR LRP Student Loan Repayment Program</p> </li><li> <p>Professional Development & Advancement Opportunities</p> </li></ul> <p>Key Dispensing Nurse Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Dispense prescribed medications under the supervision of the Medical Director or Physician.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor and document patients' symptoms, responses, and progress.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Support a safe, respectful, and efficient treatment environment for patients and staff.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with medical and clinical teams to support individualized care plans.</p> </li></ul> <p>Other Role Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Works under the supervision of the Medical Director and the Clinic Director; </li><li>Maintains practical nursing professional standards of care; </li><li>Prepares and administers medication as ordered by the Medical Director or Program Physician accurately and in a timely manner; </li><li>Maintains accurate accounting of all medication received (from the supplier) and dispensed (to the patients); </li><li>Charts medication administration in nurse's notes accurately and in a timely manner; </li><li>Documents nursing care provided, and maintains appropriate records related to patient's progress and activities accurately and in a timely manner; </li><li>Responsible for the safekeeping of all medication stock and the records required by the DEA, FDA, and ADP; </li><li>Dedicates a minimum of 90% of regularly scheduled work hours to activities directly related to the administration of medication; the remaining 10% will be dedicated to other activities as assigned; </li><li>Responsible for urine collection and processing, reading test results as ordered by Program Physicians and the completion of all forms involved in these procedures. </li></ul> <p>Your Education, Skills and Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Graduation from an accredited school of nursing </li><li>Prefer 1 year nursing experience in behavioral health, outpatient treatment program, or addiction recovery field </li><li>Training or experience treating patients with MAT (medication assisted treatment) highly preferred </li><li>There must be no history of alcohol or other drug misuse for a period of three years before employment </li></ul> <p>Licenses/Certifications:</p> <ul> <li>Current LPN or RN license in New Hampshire </li></ul> <p>We are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants for employment regardless of an individual's characteristics protected by applicable state, federal and local laws.</p> <p>AHCTC</p> <p>#LI-CTC</p>
