<p>Employment Type:</p> <p>Full time</p> <p>Shift:</p> <p>Day Shift</p> <p>Description:</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and repair of all building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, environmental services, etc.), ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local, state, and federal codes. </li><li>Supervision and Leadership: Manage the facilities staff, including maintenance workers, groundskeepers, and any contracted services. </li><li>Preventative Maintenance: Develop and implement a preventative maintenance schedule for all systems and equipment to minimize downtime and emergency response. </li><li>Safety and Compliance: Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure that the facility complies with OSHA standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements. </li><li>Emergency Preparedness: Develop and maintain emergency procedures for facility-related incidents, including power outages, fires, and natural disasters. </li><li>Vendor Management: Oversee external contractors for specialized services, ensuring quality and timeliness of work. </li><li>Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records for all facility-related inspections, repairs, and services. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
