This role will operationalize impact measurement frameworks, evaluation methodologies, and other strategies that align business priorities with measurable outcomes. The IMM Manager will serve as a trusted advisor, working cross-functionally to provide data-driven actionable insights, reduce inefficiencies, inform strategic direction, and build organizational capacity.</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities</p> <p>Impact Framework Design & Implementation</p> <ul> <li> <p>Establish key performance indicators (KPls) and success metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of business initiatives and programs.</p> </li><li> <p>Partner to design impact infographics, presentations, and other materials to strengthen brand positioning.</p> </li><li> <p>Streamline impact-related processes, reducing inefficiencies and increasing operationally excellence.</p> </li></ul> <p>Evaluation & Data-Driven Decision-Making</p> <ul> <li> <p>Conduct various evaluations to measure the efficiency, effectiveness, and impact of business solutions, programs, and initiatives.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide actionable insights to identify growth opportunities, inform programming, and resource allocation.</p> </li><li> <p>Translate complex data into accessible insights that drive engagement and support business growth, leading to new opportunities and improved outcomes.</p> </li></ul> <p>Research & Thought Leadership</p> <ul> <li> <p>Conduct research and policy analysis to increase adoption of best practices and identify new opportunities.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate to develop case studies, reports, and white papers to support advocacy and increase the organization's influence within the field.</p> </li></ul> <p>Coaching & Capacity Building</p> <ul> <li> <p>Partner to develop a library of impact measurement toolkits, templates, and resources accessible to all teams.</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, providing guidance on impact related topics.</p> </li></ul> <p>Risk Mitigation & Compliance Support</p> <ul> <li> <p>Reduce financial and reputational risk by supporting audit-ready documentation for regulatory reporting.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements related to impact measurement and reporting, increasing stakeholder trust and credibility.</p> </li></ul> <p>Basic Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.</p> </li><li> <p>8-10 years of experience in project management, evaluation, research, or a related field.</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience in social impact, corporate sustainability, or nonprofit evaluation. Familiarity with risk management and compliance in impact reporting.</p> </li><li> <p>Expertise in developing and delivering training programs on research and evaluation topics.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong project management expertise with a track record of leading complex initiatives.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with experience in impact evaluation. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
