Serving as a trusted partner and growth catalyst, the Account Manager oversees a portfolio of existing accounts, proactively uncovering opportunities for expansion, renewal, and risk mitigation. In every interaction, this position exemplifies CoreSite's Core Values: Commitment to Excellence, Build Connections, Own It, Do the Right Thing, Have Fun, and Win as a Team.</p> <p>Duties</p> <p>Strategic Account Management</p> <ul> <li>Develop a deep understanding of each customer's business, objectives, and challenges to identify growth opportunities and inform renewal strategies. </li><li>Create and execute tailored account plans that align CoreSite's solutions with customer needs. </li><li>Monitor account health, usage trends, and customer satisfaction to proactively address risks and reduce churn. </li><li>Stay informed on regional market dynamics, competitive landscape, and pricing trends , and leverage these insights to position CoreSite as a strategic partner across the data center, real estate, and telecom sectors. </li></ul> <p>Leasing & Licensing</p> <ul> <li>Lead renewals and expansions for existing customers by preparing accurate, solution-oriented quotes and proposals to address customer needs. </li><li>Respond to customers with thoughtful, solution-oriented proposals. </li><li>Conduct site tours for customers and prospects to effectively showcase CoreSite's capabilities. </li><li>Negotiate commercial and legal terms in accordance with company guidelines. </li><li>Oversee the accuracy of lease and license documentation and ensure a seamless handoff to Sales Support Managers. </li></ul> <p>Customer Experience & Collaboration</p> <ul> <li>Build authentic, trusted relationships with customers and cross-functional teams. </li><li>Champion customer success by coordinating resources with urgency and care, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint. </li><li>Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. </li><li>Promote and demonstrate behaviors consistent with CoreSite's Culture and Values. </li></ul>
