Tomorrow, we will power checkout-free experiences anywhere you go to make the everyday experiences of living, working, and playing remarkable - giving us back our most valuable asset, time.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Schedule is Mon-Thurs 8am-4:30pm Friday 7am-3:30pm non-negotiable</p> <ul> <li>Issue parking permits to qualified individuals </li><li>Collect payment for parking permits </li><li>Input parking permit information into the computer system </li><li>Answer questions and provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Possess a high school diploma and be at least 18 years of age </li><li>Cash handling experience required </li><li>Basic computer skills required; experience with Microsoft Office a plus </li><li>Strong customer service background </li><li>Ability to problem solve </li><li>Ability to communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds and cultures </li><li>Able to work well with co-workers in a close, fast-paced, high-volume environment, but also have the ability to work independently </li><li>Must be able to stand or sit for entire shift </li></ul> <p>Salary Range: $23.00 per hour</p> <p>Benefits: Eligible employees will participate in the various benefits plans including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, long/short term disability, life insurance, accident insurance, 401k and paid time off.</p> <p>SP+ is an equal opportunity employer committed in policy and practice to recruit, hire, train, and promote, in all job classifications, without regard to race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, age, national origin, citizenship status, marital status, sexual orientation, veteran status, gender identity, disability or other classes protected by federal or state law.
