We provide video gaming terminals, redemption terminals and amusement devices (pool tables, juke boxes, dart boards, etc.) to bars, restaurants, convenience stores, truck stops and fraternal and veteran establishments across the country.</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>Position Basics</p> <ul> <li>Starting Pay: $20-22+/hour based on experience </li><li>Day Shift, Monday-Friday </li><li>Health Insurance (Plus Vision and Dental) </li><li>401(k) with Employer Match </li></ul> <p>SUMMARY</p> <p>The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, transporting, installing, swapping, adding, and removing all Video Gaming Terminals, Redemption Terminals, Amusements, ATM's, gaming assets, and additional marketing items for field deployment or decommissioning in accordance with Accel Entertainment and Illinois Gaming Board specifications.</p> <p>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Ensure quality and integrity of all incoming and outgoing equipment </li><li>Moves Video Gaming Terminals (VGT), Redemption Terminals (RT), Automatic Teller Machines (ATM), Amusement Equipment, and associated equipment between transport trucks, warehouse storage, and equipment preparation areas </li><li>Able to obtain forklift certification and use non-powered dollies, pallet jacks, and hand trucks </li><li>Disassembles obsolete or damaged equipment, then test and clean removed parts </li><li>Inspects, tests, troubleshoots, cleans, and perform repairs on VGT's, RT's, ATM's, Amusement Equipment, machine parts, and associated equipment </li><li>Installs and remove locks on VGT's, RT's, ATM's, and Amusement Devices </li><li>Identify and troubleshoot all malfunctions to perform necessary repairs of electronic devices and equipment </li><li>Identify and communicate inventory needs for equipment to ensure minimal downtime and quick turnaround of product </li><li>Observe all safety regulations and report unsafe conditions to management </li><li>Follow all departments, company, and state policies and procedures </li><li>Additional duties may be required, such as oversight of parts, management of any camera related initiatives, and installation of gaming and amusement equipment </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>2 years of electronic technical training preferred </li><li>2 years of slot technician/video gaming terminal, ATM, or amusement equipment experience, including installation, maintenance, and repair of electronic systems and equipment preferred </li><li>Must demonstrate an ability to understand basic electronic theory and mechanics </li><li>Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, test equipment, and instruments </li><li>Able to operate forklifts and non-powered dollies, pallet jacks, and hand trucks </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions </li><li>Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow </li><li>Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees </li><li>Versatility and willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm </li><li>At least 21 years of age </li><li>Ability to obtain and/or maintain a Terminal Handler's License from the Illinois Gaming Board </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT</p> <ul> <li>Frequently required to stand, sit, walk, talk, and hear </li><li>Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity, including use of a keyboard </li><li>Frequently required to lift/push weights up to 1100 pounds </li><li>Frequently required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel, or crawl </li><li>Specific vision abilities required for this job include close, distance, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust or focus </li><li>Exposure to hot and/or humid conditions and moving mechanical parts </li><li>Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate </li></ul> <p>The above is intended to describe the general content of, and requirements for, the performance of this job.
