<p>Job Title: Director, US Market Access Portfolio Execution</p> <p>Location: Morristown, NJ, Cambridge, MA</p> <p>About the Job</p> <p>The Director, US Market Access Portfolio Execution is responsible for driving operational discipline and maximizing pull-through (PTO) strategy across the U.S. market access portfolio. This role leads KPI tracking, execution planning, and capability development to ensure strategic alignment across all regional operation leads and impactful market access and field engagement strategy. We chase the miracles of science every single day, pursuing progress to make a real impact on millions of patients around the world.</p> <p>Main Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Coordinate cross-functional market access planning and execution, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and decision points are aligned across the portfolio.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead enterprise tracking of pull-through initiatives, identifying gaps in capabilities and working closely with regional operational leads and driving consistency across therapeutic areas and customer segments.</p> </li><li> <p>Establish and manage portfolio wide payer ATU assessing market needs and trends.
