<p>Job Details</p> <p>Job Location: Ocnwc - Oconomowoc, WI</p> <p>Position Type: Full Time</p> <p>Salary Range: Undisclosed</p> <p>Job Shift: 1st shift (M-F 7a-3:30p)</p> <p>Description</p> <p>JOB SUMMARY:</p> <p>Prepares and processes parts through a liquid penetrant inspection system up to final evaluation.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Cleans parts in parts washer prior to penetrant inspection. </li><li>Processes parts according to work instructions. </li><li>Prepares parts for inspection according to work instructions. </li><li>Successfully completes Level 1 certification examinations in accordance with Ace Precision's requirements. </li><li>Proceeds under direct observation. </li><li>Demonstrates thorough knowledge of and conformity with Ace Precision Quality System work instruction requirements that govern Penetrant operations. </li><li>Maintains or exceeds production standards through efficient organization and planning. </li><li>Follows and complies with safety policies and procedures. </li><li>Accurately completes all required documentation. </li><li>Meets attendance policy requirements. </li><li>Contributes to team effort by assisting in areas as needed. </li></ul> <p>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <p>This job has no supervisory responsibilities.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Requires 130 hours of documented Penetrant work experience.</p> <p>LANGUAGE SKILLS:</p> <p>Ability to read English and understand sketches, routings, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
