<p>Our Company</p> <p>BrightSpring Health Services</p> <p>Overview</p> <p>The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support business decisions. Evaluates financial performance, forecasts future financial trends, and assists in budgeting and investment planning. This position will take a lead role in preparing investment requests, tracking projects, and reporting on value realization.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Works with business stakeholders to create investment requests, including ROI analysis. </li><li>Tracks and reports on investment value realization and provides frequent reporting updates for leadership. </li><li>Provide financial reporting, financial modeling, forecasting, and budget development. </li><li>Review monthly financial statements for accuracy </li><li>Summarize trend and actual to budget variances </li><li>Prepare monthly forecast </li><li>Develop and/or modify financial models </li><li>Collaborate effectively with field staff and across departments to provide high-level analysis </li><li>Assist with detailed annual budget </li><li>Conduct ad hoc reporting/special projects </li><li>Train operational personnel on aspects of systems, accounting and finance </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting or Finance </li><li>Minimum five years of financial analysis experience </li><li>Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite applications; skills in Oracle and Essbase knowledge/experience considered a plus </li><li>Strong analytical and communication skills </li><li>Travel up to 25% </li></ul> <p>About our Line of Business</p> <p>BrightSpring Health Services provides complementary home- and community-based pharmacy and provider health solutions for complex populations in need of specialized and/or chronic care.
