<p>As a General Manager in Training, you'll spend your time training and preparing for the role of General Manager. This training is generally four to six months in length and covers all aspects of Best Buy management, including company culture, customer focus, business process, financial analysis and reporting and overall leadership skills. It's your time to shine!
