<p>Apply</p> <p>Job Type</p> <p>Full-time</p> <p>Description</p> <p>High Risk OB office seeking a full-time Sonographer to join our team. This is full-time sonographer for our Knoxville, TN office with share in travel to our satellite offices.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>The description below is a general statement of required duties and responsibilities performed on a regular and continuous basis. It does not exclude other duties as assigned.</p> <ul> <li>Preparing of diagnostic equipment prior to patient appointment. </li><li>Perform perinatal ultrasounds including fetal anatomical surveys, assess fetal well-being, doppler studies, bio-physical profile, and first trimester screens. </li><li>May also assist physicians with procedures such as amniocentesis and CVS in appropriate setting. </li><li>Position patient to obtain highest-quality images and ensure capture of appropriate information. </li><li>Ability to identify potential abnormalities detected. </li><li>Explains procedures to patients and addresses their concerns. </li><li>Monitors, records, and communicates as appropriate utilizing GE Viewpoint system. </li><li>Communicates ultrasound findings to providers in a clear and concise manner. </li><li>Documentation of findings in patient's chart within ultrasound system. </li><li>Adherence to all policies and procedures including but not limited to OSHA, HIPAA, attendance, punctuality, personal appearance and other applicable policies. </li></ul> <p>Salary above 90th percentile for field and benefit package available.</p> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>OB experience, preferably high-risk OB </li><li>ARDMS Registered in OB/GYN </li><li>Graduate of accredited Ultrasound Program </li><li>Echo certification or willing to obtain </li></ul> <p>Full benefit package available, including PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD, LTD, 401k, and more!</p>
