You'll play a key role in ensuring materials are sourced, scheduled, and delivered on time to keep projects moving smoothly.</p> <p>Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM | Full-Time | Direct Hire</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Purchase paper, substrates, and project components to meet production needs. </li><li>Source and qualify vendors, review quotes, and manage purchase orders. </li><li>Monitor inventory levels and resolve discrepancies between POs and invoices. </li><li>Coordinate with internal teams to meet project deadlines and quality standards. </li><li>Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Purchasing, production planning, or estimating experience in the printing industry (required). </li><li>Strong knowledge of printing processes (offset, digital, bindery, packaging, finishing). </li><li>Excellent organizational and communication skills. </li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (PACE a plus). </li></ul> <p>Why You'll Love It</p> <p>This role offers competitive pay, great benefits, and long-term career growth with a stable and respected company.
