Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process.</p> <p>How you'll make an impact in this role</p> <p>Architect Custom Recovery Plans: You'll perform initial and ongoing assessments, transforming your clinical findings into a roadmap for patient success.</p> <p>Empower Patients & Families: Beyond the exercises, you'll act as a coach and educator, involving families in the care plan to ensure a holistic recovery process.</p> <p>Deliver Evidence-Based Care: You will apply your technical skills and standard therapy interventions to help patients reach their functional milestones.</p> <p>Grow Through Leadership: As you gain confidence, you will eventually mentor students and coordinate with PTAs and support staff, ensuring a seamless experience for every patient on your floor.</p> <p>What minimum requirements you'll need</p> <p>Licensure/Certification/Registration:</p> <ul> <li>BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. </li><li>Physical Therapy (PT) credentialed from the Wisconsin Physical Therapy Examining Board prior to hire date or job transfer date required. </li></ul> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree required. Master's OR Doctorate degree preferred. </li></ul> <p>What additional preferences we're seeking</p> <p>Acute care experience preferred.
