In addition, we also have operations in AZ, CO, NV, OR, UT, and WA.</p> <p>Position Overview:</p> <p>As a Tire Technician, is responsible for maintaining the tires of the vehicle fleet. The Tire Technician is exposed to extreme weather conditions and the shop environment. You will perform all types of tire installations and repairs on heavy equipment and Company vehicles such as Front Loaders, Side Loaders, Roll-Off trucks and others as required. The hours and physical demand may vary by location.</p> <p>Position Responsibilities/Job Description:</p> <ul> <li>Examines damaged, defective, or flat tires to determine the extent of damage and the feasibility of repair. </li><li>Tire technicians job often involves heavy lifting and long hours on their feet. </li><li>Stamina to remove and install large truck tires and stay on task for an entire shift. </li><li>Perform and Inspect tire rotations and alignments tires on vehicles before and after installation within our safety compliance. </li><li>Performs routine housekeeping duties related to tire inventory, tools, shop, and maintain a clean work areas.. </li><li>Knowledge about different types of tires and their applications is essential to the shop. </li><li>Road tests vehicles after repairs are completed. Along with prepares paperwork including work orders, part usage records, tire weight records, etc. </li><li>Performs any other related duties as assigned by Shop Manager and handle inquires professionally. </li></ul> <p>#CRRMNT</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>This position requires tire repair/maintenance experience</p> <ul> <li>Willing to work 2nd shift hours are 3:30pm -1am </li><li>Experience inspecting tires for wear, damage, repair, replacement, alignment, and balancing tires within safety compliance. </li><li>Attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.. </li><li>Maintains and secures tire inventory, and tire equipment, report shortage and levels to management </li><li>Valid driver's license </li><li>Previous experience in tire services or automotive repair </li></ul> <p>EEO Statement:</p> <p>C R & R is an equal opportunity employer.
