<p>Pay Band: $17.28 - $20.43, plus shift differential</p> <p>Duties and Requirements of the Job:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to read and follow instructions on Operator Instructions at work station </li><li>Record production and inspection data manually or in electronic storage devices </li><li>Operate secondary operation equipment or perform secondary operations to molded components. </li><li>Communicates and cooperates with Supervisors and Co-workers </li><li>Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area </li><li>Train other operators as authorized </li><li>Other duties as assigned by Supervisor </li></ul> <p>Training, Knowledge and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Above average electromechanical abilities, language and math skills typically evidenced by a High School diploma and vocational training. </li><li>Good computer and communication skills. </li></ul> <p>Working Conditions:</p> <ul> <li>Occasionally lifts and / or carries up to 25 pounds. </li><li>Maneuvers in, around and under factory and/or laboratory equipment on a regular and continuous basis. </li><li>Some of work time is spent standing, walking, lifting and bending. </li><li>Works within an automotive component manufacturing office and laboratory setting. Exposure to heat, cold and fumes/chemicals. </li></ul>
