<p>Test Manager (Migration & Enterprise Testing)</p> <p>Seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead migration programs, end-to-end testing, and governance-driven delivery, ensuring strong coordination, automation, and stakeholder sign-off.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ol> <li>Migration & E2E Testing </li></ol> <ul> <li>Lead testing for large-scale migration/upgrade programs </li><li>Define end-to-end test scope across systems and integrations </li><li>Ensure full business validation across environments </li><li>Focus on E2E scope and traceability </li></ul> <ol start="2"> <li>Coordination & Sign-Off </li></ol> <ul> <li>Manage cross-team coordination (tech, business, product owners) </li><li>Drive UAT readiness and formal sign-offs </li><li>Conduct defect triage and escalation management </li><li>Sign-off governance is mandatory in NT testing process </li></ul> <ol start="3"> <li>Planning & Estimation </li></ol> <ul> <li>Create test strategy, test plan, and schedules </li><li>Perform effort estimation and resource planning </li><li>Define entry/exit criteria and risk mitigation </li><li>Planning and estimation are core artifacts </li></ul> <ol start="4"> <li>Automation </li></ol> <ul> <li>Drive automation strategy and regression coverage </li><li>Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines </li><li>Automation is a key component of enterprise test strategy </li></ul> <ol start="5"> <li>Status Reporting </li></ol> <ul> <li>Provide daily, weekly, and milestone updates </li><li>Track metrics, defects, and risks </li><li>Structured reporting and communication is expected </li></ul> <ol start="6"> <li>Timeline & Risk Management </li></ol> <ul> <li>Manage critical timelines and dependencies </li><li>Identify and mitigate migration and environment risks </li></ul> <p>Required Experience</p> <ul> <li>10+ years in Test Management (Banking/FS preferred) </li><li>Strong experience in migration testing and E2E coordination </li><li>Expertise in automation and governance processes </li><li>Strong stakeholder and communication skills </li></ul> <p>Key Traits</p> <ul> <li>Strong planning & estimation skills </li><li>Ability to manage high-pressure timelines </li><li>Ownership-driven with strong stakeholder management </li></ul> <p>Salary Range- $85,000-$90,000 a year</p> <p>#LI-SP3</p> <p>#LI-VX1</p>
