Using advanced analytics and machine learning techniques on petabytes of data, we infuse analytics into every aspect of our growth initiatives.</p> <p>You'll help us shape the future by solving complex problems, driving quantitative analysis, and delivering data-driven insights that power tomorrow's business innovations.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Partner with leaders across the Medicare organization to inform Aetna's growth strategy with advanced analytics - e.g., membership forecasting, competitive analysis, product analytics, strategic insights, and more. </li><li>Develop compelling data stories using the latest visualization tools to deliver insights </li><li>Collect, aggregate, and analyze data from internal and external sources to generate insights that drive business performance </li><li>Create actionable reports and dashboards highlighting key performance indicators, areas for improvement, and root cause analyses </li><li>Build and automate data pipelines to train and score machine learning models, build analytics data lakes, and power automated data visualization tools </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Professional experience in data analytics, machine learning, BI, data engineering, or applied data science (1+ years) </li><li>Experience using with SQL and Python/R for data analysis (1+ years) </li><li>Experience using statistical techniques and machine learning on complex data to solve business problems (1+ years). The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
